If you could not speak English, you would have got a score of zero. You got B2, so you most certainly can speak English. Like a lot of learners, you lack confidence. In your mind, being able to speak English means 100% perfection and 99.99% is a failure. You can speak English and a lot better than you think. You do not need perfection to be understood. So the only tip you need is to believe in yourself and stop saying that you can't speak English. When you do that, you will improve and get even better scores to improve on the already high level of English that you have.
