Advice to learn english

Striking-Divide-9803
I try to write this post with my English without any help. So, I have 24 years old and I try to improve my English. I saw I can’t progress and I don’t know what method to try to really have succes. After I finished high school and I started college I was a b2, that wrote on my bachelor degree. Do you have some advices for me to progress? anything to try after work or on during the work I don’t know. Thank you !

Based on your post, I'd suggest getting more familiar with the different verb tenses: how to form them and when to use them. (I'm having the same struggle as I'm learning Spanish, so don't feel too bad.)

Start consuming whatever media you normally consume in Englush instead, for a couple hours a day. Read Reddit, watch Youtube, and try to do without a translator.

i recommend watching films and shows in english with english subtitles! i’m learning spanish and that helps a lot. also children’s shows are good because the english is slow :D

Practice - try and find English speakers to talk with, or watch tv and read books in English
