You don't talk to enough people in English.

I use chatgpt to improve my writing skill. I ask him to give me a text in my native language. I try to translate it on my own and then ask him to correct my faults and offer better phrases. Itâs working.

For most literate people, reading and understanding is easier than speaking. It is easier to recall the meaning of a word that you can see than it is to remember the unknown word you are looking for.
To get better at speaking and understanding, more practice is necessary with people who speak the language.

Try to talk to more people in english, maybe play an online game. Ask questions. Be curious.
If you want to learn pronunciation, watch everything in English. If you want to learn more words, read books in English. If you want to learnt to communicate in English, you just have to do it.
What really helped me with this was trying to translate everything. Any actions, full sentences, all my thoughts, verbs, nouns, what sound would it make, and so on. Whenever you have the time, try to describe what you're doing in the moment, or your plans, or just how you're feeling in general.
And most importantly - don't feel bad about not knowing the right answer. If you knew everything, there would be no point to any of this. Just Google the word you didn't know, or the sentence you couldn't translate, pay attention to the right answer, and move on. Never look back on your mistakes with anger
You can do it. Just give it time.

Immersion.
Communicate with English speakers.
Watch English movies and TV and other stuff. Take notes. Try repeating the turns of phrase. Try _thinking_ in English.

I can read in German, but have a much more difficult time speaking. It's just how the language processing center of the brain works.

I improved my English a lot by watching shows (especially âTop Gearâ back in the day), and consuming American media (mostly YouTube); but reading is certainly extremely important, and interaction with other English speakers. Boa sorte!

It's just how people learn languages. It's easier for your brain to remember the meaning of a written word as opposed to a spoken one. There is simply less stuff for your brain to do there. Speaking and listening require all sorts of biological processes for production, listening, and understanding. Words are divided into morphemes and phonemes and syllables and stresses and all sorts. Writing and reading just need vocab if you can already read and write in the same alphabet. Written words are also (usually) following some sort of standard, while spoken words have dialectical variation and accents attributed.
I can read and write French, I can read Latin, I can even read te reo MÄori pretty well. I can barely speak conversational French, and I am atrocious at the other two. Don't stress it too much. It's all a matter of practice.

By the way (since you're trying to improve), I'm not sure what the title is supposed to mean, but it's missing some grammar. I assume you probably meant something like, "How do I learn English?", or "How am I learning English?", or more informally, "How to learn English?"

Just make a habit of writing two or three sentences daily and submit them to AI to check accuracy and ask for better versions. There is no shortcut in improving your writing skill. Rules are very simple and clear. If you write a lot, you become proficient in writing.

I think reading is just easier than speaking.
Even as a native English speaker, I can often forget relatively simple words when trying to use them verbally, but can read more complex words and immediately recall their definition.
It has to do with memory. If you look up memory modals, recall is easier when you have sensory input to relate it to. So seeing a word makes recalling the definition easier than trying to pull it from your mind with no sensory input/association. Source: Australian Year 10 psychology class.
Take the above with a grain of salt, I was like 15 when I learned it.
Repetition is a good way to increase your ease of recall without sensory input, but thatâs basically just practice. Google the Atkinson-Shiffrin model of memory, that should give you more memory tips to make memorisation easier.

There may be rare exceptions but generally input is easier than output so it's perfectly normal that your reading ability is ahead of your writing ability. The good news is getting more practice with input actually helps your output, so reading more will make your writing better. That said, you still need to practice writing if you want to improve. That's true of any skill.
Part of the reason why reading helps is the more you read, the more of a sense you get of how English should look which helps you to proofread what you write. Reading also gives you examples of different ways things can be written.
My advice would be to spend most of your study time with input material (often referred to as immersion) and maybe 20 or 30% of your time on output practice.

Watching English content, to comprehend what you listen to is one of the most important skills you may want to have.

Cuz we learn only how to read... so we can understand roughly but not acurately..

Relatable post. In last month I started to learn English by immersion with hope in unnecessary in grammar and others important things. But without basic things you'll spend more time than with it.
And of course you need in foreign friend who interested to tell with you. I have one Russian like I man, but with way better knowledge of English.
In short
1) Basic things, like structure of sentences, right writing, pronunciation, times, passive and active voice, times etc
2) Immersion. I reading manga, play games, read vns with English
3) Friend to chatting, if possible even voice calls

Simply, writing is a harder skill than reading. Reading requires you to know vocabulary and sentence structure. Writing requires you to know those things but also to put your own thoughts into that vocabulary and sentence structure. The more you write in English and correct that writing in English, the better you will get at it. Try to write often and have a native speaker look at your writing. Note the things you got wrong and try to write it again the correct way without looking at the corrections. Speaking English more often to a native speaker should also help you.

Reading is usually the easiest thing to do in a new language because we may recognize words that we wouldn't otherwise remember. If you keep reading and watching English content it should get easier to write as well. So practice both.
The English content will expand your vocabulary and reinforce grammar. And if you practice writing (even just e-mailing yourself) that will help too.

VocĂŞ tem que ler mais, ler notĂcias, textos e nĂŁo apenas redes sociais. Pelo seu nĂvel de escrita, vocĂŞ entende apenas palavras chaves, quanto mais ler, mais fĂĄcil ficarĂĄ escrever. Depois passe para falar.
