Hello, my name is Alexandr (18M). I recently took a position where I would be an English teacher and I don't have any experience in education or communicating concepts to someone in a language that they don't understand so I'd like to practice teaching someone English, preferably someone my age as the school that I would work for mainly teaches students. Hello, you can join a speaking club like meetup.com/daily-english - you will be matched with people from all over the world at various levels of English and you can help them by answering questions and giving feedback. Just an idea

You could check out r/language_exchange/ - you find someone to pair with, you teach them English and they teach you their language.
